Elaine was born in Brooklyn, New York, to a large Italian family, with some of her earliest memories were of gathering around the kitchen table. She soon found her home here in Richmond, and her innate passion for hospitality and food only grew stronger. At the young age of 16, Elaine began her career in the foodservice industry. She soon took her talents to Mosaic Catering + Events, where she honed her client management and event execution skills. In 2017, Elaine worked on her first event for Mosaic at Dover Hall. When she reflects on her career path, she is filled with gratitude to see her career come full circle. Elaine joined the Dover Hall team in September 2021 during our busiest wedding season to date and seamlessly handled the transition. Building long-lasting relationships with her clients and providing support and encouragement to them during such an exciting life season are just two of Elaine’s favorite parts of working at Dover Hall. In her free time, you can find Elaine on a weekend getaway sipping Chardonnay with her boyfriend, Jarrett, or spending time with her best friends – her parents!
